29 Jan Sara & Gregg {The Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation}
It’s been a week of creative (and ambitious) couples, and Sara and Gregg are no exception. As co-owners of Charleston-based Limelight Sign Co., the bride and groom worked side by side to create their custom invitations, signage, favors, and yes, even the 20 handmade twine lanterns you see suspended from the ceiling of their reception at The Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation. While Sara says the wedding was about 70 percent DIY (her uncle arranged the smaller table florals, for instance), she teamed with Ooh! Events for rentals, large-scale florals, and ultimately, to coordinate on the Big Day. You can tell by the gorgeous images by Tim Will Photography that Sara was right when she says, “People loved our wedding because it was so ‘us.’”

Posted at 11:59h, 31 JanuaryHi Emily! Thank you for the kind words! We purchased the pretzels from Coastal cupboard in Mt. Pleasant. The bags were purchased on etsy. We then personalized them with a custom-made rubber stamp we purchased online at simon stamps. Hope that helps!
