Kate & Jeff | Oak Pointe Plantation

Kate & Jeff | Oak Pointe Plantation

Kate and Jeff’s wedding at Oak Pointe Plantation is one of pure purple perfection. Captured by Still Co., this fête packs a huge dose of inspiration for any of you brides looking to depart from the oh-so popular blush tones while still achieving an airy, feminine design. Kate’s stunning lace cutout gown from BHLDN was complemented in the loveliest of fashions by her lavender tulle-skirted bridesmaids and their bouquets of fluffy peonies, lavender spray roses, and pink anemones. The purple tones continued in two large arrangements that marked the beginning of their oak-covered aisle—a beautiful beginning to the sweet ceremony. Once the two had sealed their vows with a kiss, guests headed to the reception tent, where mahogany farm tables were lined with lace runners, vintage china, blue glassware, and bottles filled with more lush springtime blooms. We love how Kate and Jeff chose to cut their cake on the porch of the plantation home! It’s always wise to take advantage of all of the beautiful vignettes your wedding venue has to offer, especially when they are historic Southern gems like Oak Pointe Plantation. Cheers, Kate and Jeff!
