Virginia & John {Magnolia Plantation}

Virginia & John {Magnolia Plantation}

By | October 17, 2012

Goodness gracious, this wedding is gorgeous! Virginia and John’s Magnolia Plantation affair is packed with beautiful details, blooms galore and multiple intimate vignettes, creating a southern and romantic atmosphere through out.  We love the mixture of soft pinks and blues used in the bouquets, perfectly crafted by OK Florist, and again in the draping hanging from the candle lit tent which housed the reception! And it’s easy to fall in love with a wedding this beautiful, but when we find that on top of all of it’s loveliness it was photographed by Liz Duren, it becomes simply irresistible!

    It was such an honor designing and coordinating Virginia and John’s Wedding. Throughout the planning process we got to know this couple very well, and saw that the romance between these two was undeniable. This encouraged us to go with pops of blush, pink, ivory, and champagne which was a true representation of the bride while also including the groom and using shades of silver and navy blue. Taking the time to understand their personalities and style allowed for us to create a look that was as unique as the two of them.
