Let’s start off our week with a wedding that flawlessly masters classic elegance, shall we? Sloan and Will’s black and cream affair at the Historic Rice Mill is a perfect example of how sleek décor can work in a historic venue. We love all the juxtapositioning, like the exposed brick walls offset by mirrored console tables, and how textured blooms by Out of the Garden softens the space overall. And how about that cake that repeats the black sash on Sloan’s gown? It’s plain dramatic and we’re crazy for it! The key to this color palette functioning in the romantic way that it does, however, is how they included a soft charcoal gray in everything from the ruffle-collar bridesmaids gowns from Bella Bridesmaid to the table linens to transition from ebony to ivory. Thank goodness photographer Virgil Bunao was there to collect all of these beautiful images so we could be inspired!
