Rachel & Richard {The Island House}

Rachel & Richard {The Island House}

It’s no secret that I love a good outdoor ceremony, especially on that features sweeping views of our beautiful Lowcountry, dashing wedding parties, and tender moments galore. Well, Rachel and Richard’s wedding at The Island House was just that and more, and thankfully you can spend Tuesday morning pouring over every bit captured by Riverland Studios. Rachel’s Ivy & Aster gown was the perfect choice for their elegant but laid back outdoor celebration, especially when paired with the white lace frocks her bridesmaids wore. The romantic atmosphere continued into the tented reception where tables were graced with bunches of white hydrangea, bud vases of Queen Anne’s lace, silver lanterns, and beautiful pieces of driftwood. (Take this time to pin, pin, pin…). Once guests had had their fill of the Southern spread provided by Three Little Birds, Emerald Empire turned up the volume and inspired everyone right into party mode. Did we mention that if guests wanted to take a break from the dance floor, they could play giant Jenga by the river? Too fun! Thank you, Rachel and Richard, for sharing your sun-kissed lovely day with us!
