It’s maybe more than a little obvious why we’re color crushing hard on today’s pretty-in-pink wedding—another from our all-star series featuring fêtes from the Charleston Weddings archives. I mean, if it were just for the adorableness factor alone of Justine and Connor—who met in high school when he let her take a peek at his homework—we’d be smitten kittens, but there’s so much more to gush over than that. For starters? That precious pooch dapperly donning his florabundant collar. We’re not sure what magic Marni Pictures had to perform to score that shot, but we are so glad she did! With the help of Engaging Events, Justine and Connor pulled off a late-summer wedding awash in a cornucopia of color amid the Legare Waring House’s majestic oak allée. We especially love the glitzy gold polka-dot motif that popped up on the invitations, plates, menu cards, and even that show-stopper of a wedding cake by Jim Smeal—a great way to add uniformity to a color-coated fête. This wedding is most definitely speaking our love language! Congrats again to this smitten twosome.
