From sweet kisses in the White Point Garden bandstand to twirling in front of historic Charleston homes downtown, these engagement photos from Jenna Marie Weddings will knock your shoes off—promise. Meet the stars of the shoot, Brittney and Alex, who met through Brittney’s neighbor. Even though the two lived on opposite ends of the country (Alex in Washington D.C. and Brittney in Santa Monica, California), they kept their long-distance relationship thriving for two years until Alex got the OK from his job to telecommute and he picked up his bags and moved to the West Coast. In time, Alex popped the question—on a terrace overlooking the Bellagio Fountain in Las Vegas while Frank Sinatra’s “Luck Be a Lady” played in the background, no less. They headed this way for their engagement photos (and hosted their wedding here, too) as the groom-to-be is a College of Charleston grad who has long raved to his betrothed about the Holy City.
