Holy flower wall! More on that in a minute but first let’s meet Amby and Rick, a darling couple who were introduced at a backyard barbeque by Rick’s son and daughter-in-law. After a courtship split between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, the lovebirds decided to make it official with a stunning celebration planned and designed by WED at the Grand Bohemian Hotel downtown. Inspired by one of their favorite paintings at the hotel, the couple asked Studio R to craft an invitation suite to set the tone for the colorful affair. SYG Designs picked up where the paperies left off with one knockout of a magenta and gold garden rose, mum, and stock flower wall that first served as the backdrop for the intimate ceremony and then became the lounge’s focal point.
