10 Aug Bailey & Dustin | Upstairs at Midtown
The day that Bailey and Dustin moved to Charleston was a big one. Not only did they move to, ahem, the oft-voted best city in the world, but it was also Dustin’s birthday and the day it was he asked Bailey to marry him. Talk about emotional overload! After her enthusiastic “Yes,” the two got to planning, and before they knew it they were on Upper King exchanging vows in a rooftop ceremony at Upstairs at Midtown beneath a bough of eucalyptus. Sighs. As for the pretties? I personally am totally loving Bailey’s patterned bridesmaids gowns by Show Me Your Mumu and those colorful bouquets by Anna Bella Florals of Coral Charm peonies, white roses, and anemones. (When you’ve got a small bridal party you can really go bold with pattern and hues.) A round of toasts kicked off the reception and brought tears to the bride and groom’s eyes, a moment Chelsea Paige Photography caught among others. Speaking of toasts, we’re raising our coffee mugs to Bailey and Dustin—even if only filled with our morning coffee—cheers!
