We’re shaking off any trace of Monday foot-dragging with this peach-perfect wedding at the Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation. Lauren and Derek’s creekside affair was equal parts gorgeous and fun, rustic and elegant thanks to the talented designers and planners at Sweetgrass Social. The setting was just our cup of romantic tea: Paper lanterns and bistro lights were hung from the venue’s bare rafters, casting a soft glow over long banquet tables and rows of X-backed chairs beneath And our favorite peach-hued, ever-abundant bloom, the Juliet garden rose, appeared in spades, even snuggling up next to dramatic anemones and leafy greens to dress a three-tiered Publix cake. It’s really wake-up call to pretty, pretty styling all the way around. So grab a second cup of coffee and let this delightful wedding set your week off to a lovely start.
