Brittany & Josh {The Wickliffe House}

Brittany & Josh {The Wickliffe House}

March certainly came in like a lion and is leaving like a little lamb—it’s supposed to be in the 80s here today, for goodness sake. We’re capping off this month of gorgeous wedding features with a wedding so lovely we know you’re going to Pin it right and left. Here’s the scoop: Brittany and Josh celebrated their wedding day first with a beautiful ceremony downtown at Redeemer Presbyterian Church then with a stunning reception at circa 1850 The Wickliffe House. Once the newlyweds had taken a slew of sun-kissed portraits against the streets of downtown with photographer, Virgil Bunao, they headed into the courtyard of the manor house and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres from Scratch Kitchen as they took in all of the prettiness that  ELM Events had installed. Garlands of Italian ruscus hung in swags across the bar, bistro lights were strung above the dance floor, and a picture-perfect lounge complete with monogrammed throw pillows and lush white blooms at every turn (compliments of Anna Bella Florals)—the myriad touches were overwhelming in all the right ways. One of our favorite details, you ask? Those matching satin sashes tied around the DeClare Cakes cake tiers to harken back to the sash on Brittany’s gown. B-e-a-utiful! Cheers to Brittany and Josh and cheers to the weekend, loves.
