Ashley & Channing | Historic Rice Mill

It’s a universal truth that brunch is the best, and Ashley and Channing’s delightful late-morning ceremony  at the Historic Rice Mill makes the case that brunch-themed weddings are, too. As the sun rose over the Holy City, the bride and groom got dressed in their Big Day best and met each other downtown for a romantic first look with shutterbug Dana Cubbage. Afterward, the couple headed to the Historic Rice Mill where an intimate gathering of friends and family witnessed them exchange vows as the morning light poured in through windows overlooking Charleston Harbor. And what better way to celebrate their moments-old marriage than with a scrumptious spread of croissants, fresh salads, and Southern shrimp and grits prepared by Good Food Catering? From the bright and cheery mint and magenta color palette to the fun and fluffy blooms by Anna Bella Florals (isn’t Ashley’s Coral Charm peony bouquet a dream?), every bit of this soirée has us swooning.
