Alexandra and Drew, who grew up down the street from each other, wanted their elegant Kiawah Island wedding to feel just as homegrown as their love story. On a beautiful day in April the lovely couple shared “I do’s” on the back lawn of the Ocean Course flanked by two truly gorgeous blooming arrangements and surrounded by 14 of their closest family members. Alexandra’s blush gown and her Valentino “Rockstud” heels set the tone for the stylish affair which was beautifully planned and designed by Boutique Planning. Need proof? Check out the table adorned with white peonies, ranunculus, and astilbe, and how the place settings were each topped with a sprig of olive. Lovely! The real showstopper images, however, are those pink sunset portraits captured by Anne Rhett Photography … how convenient that the sky just so happened to match Alexandra’s gown.
